HB2007 - TAKUBO AMENDMENT (2023)
Sen. Tom Takubo introduced an amendment to allow children already prescribed sex-change drugs (prior to the enactment of House Bill 2007) to continue receiving hormone regimens.
The amendment failed on a tied vote in the Health and Human Resources Committee, chaired by Sen. Mike Maroney.
